I recently underwent the initial HR phone screening, which was efficient and courteous. However, my experience took a downturn during the subsequent peer interview with a team member based in Singapore via Zoom. Unfortunately, the interviewer exhibited behaviors that left a negative impression. Throughout the interview, he frequently checked his phone, expressing visible frustration when I struggled to comprehend certain questions or answered "incorrectly" to his expectations. His consistently negative facial expressions created an uncomfortable atmosphere. While I acknowledge the fact that my qualifications may not have aligned with the role's expectations, the lack of professionalism displayed by the interviewer was disheartening. It left me hesitant about wanting to work with someone who demonstrated such behavior, even if I were to join the company. It's important to note that my feedback is based on my personal experience and may not be reflective of others' interactions. Despite not making it through to the next round, I appreciate HR's follow-up, where they provided feedback on my technical knowledge and qualifications. Their kindness in delivering this news was genuinely appreciated.

Overall had a positive experience during the interview process. Interview Panel including HR contact was courteous and accommodating. Initial rounds involved discussion with peer group, followed by a technical round. HR shared good amount of information enabling me to prepare and perform. Few more round with Support Manager and VP and SVP of Support gave me insight that they are very clear about their priorities when it comes to hiring. Entire process was informative and enjoyable and I would like to give Kudos to HR contact for making it seamless.
