I was contacted by the recruiter and it was a nice friendly chat. Then I had a two way interview with the RD. The quality and depth of the conversation hooked me. Then another catch-up to debrief with the RD before meeting the country manager. The later was intense and high standard expectation. Get this one well prepared. Finally what they call "the challenge" which is basically preparing a presentation to the country manager. Your RD will give you great support in preping. This is a very intense phase that requires 100% commitment. It gives you a good idea of what to expect once in.
