The interview process was very smooth and accessible. I have never had a better experience with a recruiter before than I did with Chloe who was very welcoming and supportive. I did an interview screening with her first and then had a one on one interview with the Hiring Manager. I was really happy to meet with the hiring manager so early on, I find other tech companies tend to wait till the end to have you interact with them. I then interviewed with three team members and it was really an enjoyable experience and very easy to schedule.

As represented in the culture at MongoDB, the interview questions were really at the heart of the position and my experience. They asked scenario based questions and then some direct questions about the work the role would entail.
