Although very challenging, the recruiting process has a lot of support through materials and even the MongoDB team.
The process was also pretty quick. It lasted a month and the steps between interviews were scheduled super agile.

Process is 7 steps. It is very challenging and time intensive but very rewarding when you get accepted. The communication throughout was very professional and I knew what each step had in store for me.

El proceso consta de 4-5 entrevistas donde debes demostrar tus conocimientos en CoM, MEDDPIC, 3 Why’s, PG strategy. Es importante conocer a alguien que te refiera para tener más probabilidades de entrar, se fijan mucho en tu networking. Perfiles favoritos Ex Oracle, Ex Zendesk

Entrevista
Interview process was extremely challenging but very worth the time and effort. MongoDB impressed me the way they vet out each candidate to make sure they find the right person for the specific role they interview for to set that person and the company up for success.
