Entrevista
A two hour group interview with three other interviewees and two interviewers. The goal of the interview was to see how well you understood what MongoDB offers and showcase that knowledge into a group presentation.
Overall the interviewers understand it is nerve racking and hard to work in a group with people you do not know so they are quite easy and try to help you all the way through.

telephone screening from hr, manager interview(Virtual), assessment test, interview with sales manager again, his boss interview, competency test, situational test, offer. Got to teh competency test then they went with someone else

They reached out to me via LinkedIn. It was pretty swift, but I received a rejection email after the second interview with no specific reasons. Reached out but received no responses at all. Might be good not to join lol. Rejection isn't the issue, but completely ghosting candidates really isn't appreciated.

HR is nice,Even though I spoke haltingly, she encouraged me to continue. She asked questions like my motivation for applying, my impression of the company, the location of the job, salary expectations, and whether those expectations were aligned.
