I found the interview(s) to be lengthy process - i was interviewed separately by 6 different people I also found that there was some repetition with the questions asked - I was asked several times what I know about MongoDB

The interview process involves an initial phone interview with a recruiter, followed by an interview with a current colleague. Subsequently, there are two technical interviews with senior team members. The technical exploration was enjoyable. However, during the fourth interview, the interviewer primarily focused on drilling into my networking skills and did not explore my other competencies. Unfortunately, the outcome was a rejection based on perceived shortcomings in networking skills. It appears that the emphasis for this particular role was on hiring a networking expert, and the cloud and database knowledge did not hold relevance in the interview process.
