The interview process took 6 weeks. The beginning ran very smoothly and the recruiter was great with communicating and answering all of my questions. The presentation portion was challenging, but a very good learning experience. All interviewers were very nice and well prepared. The last two weeks, the communication and transparency fell through. The way the hiring managers and recruiters handled the last two weeks was very frustrating considering the positive feedback given throughout the entire interview process. I was left hanging the last two weeks until being told it was given to someone else. It would have been helpful having proper expectations till the very end.
