      Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en MongoDB en mar 2021

      Entrevista

      I was contacted directly by the recruiter and then the process started, I did the following interviews: - interview with the recruiter - interview with a memeber of the dev team - first interview with the hiring manager - 3 different interviews with three different devs - interview with a product manager - second interview with a manager yet another company that doesn´t care about putting candidates in a cumbersome, very long process with many steps overlapping. Unfortunately nowadays it quite common to have this kind of treatment by. Compared with other processes I went through, I think there is a complete lack of visibility during the whole process. The title of each interview event was not providing any detail about the possible topic. Since they know I had another offer and I was in a complex moment, I thought the fact they asked me to go through 7 interviews would have produced an offer but instead they told me I was discarded since I didn´t have enough experience with kubernetes. This is totally fine and probably I would have done the same except that I made this point clear from the very first moment and I felt like they didn´t care at all about the effort and the time I was investing in the process. I remember I told to the recruiter: I have another offer, let´s start the process but please consider that I have just some experience with kubernetes, if it´s a blocker let´s stop here. The experience for me was really disappointing
