Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 6 días. Acudí a una entrevista en MongoDB (New York, NY)
Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter as it was a great fit with the current role I was in. I had the initial screen and the recruiter was very nice and informative on the role, did a great job selling me why Mongo is great and why she has been there for so long. She then passed me to the hiring manager. Had a fantastic call with him that went well over time. Next step was an intensive IQ and personality test. I know I did very well on all of the questions but they seem to be looking for very particular scoring when it comes to the personality section of the IQ test. I’ve been in sales for quite some time but the manager gave me a call saying that I will not be moving forward due to how I answered some of the personality questions.
Very unfortunate that was an immediate dqual in the interview process as it seemed like the hiring manager really liked my experience, but respect the call back and transparency.
Process is 7 steps. It is very challenging and time intensive but very rewarding when you get accepted. The communication throughout was very professional and I knew what each step had in store for me.

Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. Acudí a una entrevista en MongoDB (Atlanta, GA) en sep 2025
Entrevista
Interview process was extremely challenging but very worth the time and effort. MongoDB impressed me the way they vet out each candidate to make sure they find the right person for the specific role they interview for to set that person and the company up for success.
