Entrevista
I contacted a friend who was in touch with a recruiter from MongoDB earlier. My friend gave me the recruiter's contact and I went ahead to write to her on Linkedin. Another recruiter who was in charge of the team I was applying to, contacted me instead. We managed to schedule a phone appointment 2 days later. However she re-scheduled the phone appointment on the same day, at the appointment time. I was already waiting for her in a Zoom call but she said something came up and she couldn't talk to me. Bad things happened so I asked her when she could call back again. It was a Friday so she re-scheduled for next Monday. On Monday I was waiting again and none showed up. I wrote to her on Linkedin and she replied back 2 hours later saying that she forgot about it since she forgot to send me the call invite. She said she would re-send it but I never heard back from her again. At this stage I believe they may have found the candidate. A friend of mine that applied to the same position but for another market also got same issue. The recruiter also bailed out on the interview they should have with her. I honestly believe that being in contact with a nice recruiter would give a first good impression on the company. In the case they have found the candidate they should just be honest and tell me instead of wasting my time and other people's time. I don't recommend applying for this company.

For being entry level, there’s a lot of steps. I made it through the initial call, then the recruiter call, then the take home assessment, then the cold call role play and interview, then the call with the sales dev leader. I did not make it to the final step (aka the challenge), and am still waiting for feedback on why not, as throughout each call I asked for feedback and got positive responses each time. They talked a lot about skill and will in each call, and it’s a shame that I did not get a chance to do the challenge, as I have the will and am open to be taught the skill. It is what it is with this job market, but good luck out there.
For an entry level sales role, this process is beyond excessive. There is a phone screening, two assessments, a 30 min interview, an email mock and an hour interview, and then another 30 min interview, and then a prep interview, and then a final mock call and technical interview. For an entry level sales role which requires you to cold call and cold email. I can't justify anyone to go through this process that takes hours and then not get an offer. Any other adr/sdr/bdr interview process is no where near this long and drawn out for 0 reason.

I had an unpleasant experience during the HR round. The interviewer didn’t have her camera on and expected me to keep mine on the entire time. There were loud noises in the background that distracted me. Her tone throughout the interview was giving no energy, honestly seemed as though she had already made up her mind before the interview even began.
