The interview process for MongoDB was very straightforward and informative. It was a bit lengthy due to process beginning around the Holidays but overall had a great experience! I applied for the position and was reached out by the Recruiter shortly after. We had an intro call where she explained the process, length, and role expectations. After that, I had two video interviews, first with the Hiring Manager and then with a peer on the CSM team. Following the second interview, I was invited on-site to complete analysis project where I was given 50 mock accounts and had to analyze, and draw conclusions based off given data. This was a lengthy process but really informative. It was clear that they wanted me to be as prepared as possible-- I was given plenty of information beforehand, as well as a prep call with the hiring manager before the on-site. The final round lasted about an hour and 15 minutes. I received an offer the same day. The whole process was very enjoyable due to the recruiter being so involved and answering any questions the whole time. She and the coordinator were very professional and organized. In addition, meeting the team and being on-site made it very clear that MongoDB fosters great team collaboration and truly cares about who they onboard even before a start date.
