Entrevista
I received an email from HR. He said he was impressed by my experience.
We agreed on a day and time for a phone call that pushed a couple of times.
They finally called and the call took around 15 minutes.
A couple of days later I received the typical "Unfortunately..." email from the same HR person, but also stating "... We appreciate the time you took to apply and speak with members of our team"
The only problem is that I never spoke with any person besides the initial call with HR.
When I asked if there was any misunderstanding, I did not get any response.
I really expected a better interview experience with a big name like MongoDB!!
Straightforward and standard on interview so just do normal practice and you’ll be fine. Product sense and analytics. The exec interviews want you to show strategy and what not. Everyone was kind and released during the interviews
I had 30 minute individual interviews with a design, product, engineering, and growth marketing lead. Each had a different case or behavioral study. I then spoke with a hiring manager, and the rest was history.

I remember the growth marketing lead asking me how I would measure the efficacy of a billboard ad.
It was straightforward, it had a couple of steps. It does take a long time so be prepared to wait. But the questions are interesting and makes you think, know the company really well, know why you want to work, know your strength and weakness
