Applied online and within two weeks got a reply from HR for a face-to-face interview. Then technical discussion happened with one of the solutions architect and a director, a VP face-to-face and call meetings performed. And some personality test and finally a presentation related about MongoDB should be delivered.
It is a really tough process, every step you should convince the person who you are interviewing with about you fit for the role. You should have the best technical skills; besides, you should have a business understanding.
Face-to-face interviews generally happen to understand how you behave in some particular cases and how your knowledge in sales perspective. You can expect some technical questions, but if you don't have sales experience before then you will not pass those steps.
In the technical interview, nothing to work on it, if you are doing your current job well, most likely you will pass. The interviewer goes through your CV and asks questions. He is describing a problem and asking what technology you use and why? Explain with the details as much as possible.

Process was clear and steps were clarified along the way. Very positive experience with the team involved in the interview process. The environment and technical challenges were different than my current job role in positive ways. I do not believe I hit the right skills in key areas to advance in the process to the final interview and offer phase.
