Interview with the Tech Lead Peer Interview HR Interview CTO Interview The first 3 rounds went very smoothly. However, the final round with the CTO was completely baffling. The CTO asked highly unusual and bizarre questions, and it felt as though there was absolutely no preparation on their end—it honestly felt like they were just winging it and wasting my time. The very next day, I received a rejection stating that my "technical skills did not align with the role." This was incredibly frustrating because he didn't ask any technical questions in the last round. Given that this was a lengthy 4-round process, feedback felt dismissive. Overall, a very poor and unprofessional interview experience.
