This process was incredibly fast, smooth, and thorough. Whole process took less than a month, and the HR team kept me updated at all times. As this is a senior position, there were multiple rounds of interviews (roughly 6), however at no point did I feel my time was being wasted, or that things weren't moving along. Everyone was incredibly friendly and easy to get along with. There are no "gotcha" questions, which some start-ups have become known for. It's clear that the MoneyLion team value your time as well as their own and are determined to find the right person for the job, and cultural fit. In my experience, not many companies can balance being both thorough and fast. So this was a very refreshing experience.
