I had four interviews in total (one with the recruiter and three with Monefize). The first one with Monefize was just a screening interview for about half an hour to see if I had the right profile, skills etc. After passing first round I was asked to do a small task where I had to come up with creative ideas for getting links from universities. I presented my ideas in the second interview with the CEO and the Head of Marketing. I felt very comfortable during the interview as they were both very kind and enthusiastic about my suggestions. After passing this stage I had a last short interview (15 min.) with the co-owner just to see if I was also a cultural fit for the company.
