The interview process was fast and efficient. They got back to me within a few days at each stage, even though they needed to seek approval from the regional team, which I expected would slow things down. I went through 3 rounds of interviews in total, speaking with HR, my potential hiring manager, and the business lead. Each interview felt conversational rather than overly formal, which made it easier to showcase my experience and ask questions about the role and company culture. Overall, the process felt well-organized and transparent.
