Recruiters contacted me for a roles that fits my skillset. I was asked to provide time and date of availabilty but then was ghosted by the recruiters. I would be fine with it if it only happens once. But I was ghosted by recruiters more than 8 times after responding with my availability. Seems like these recruiters work just to hit a quota on how many candidates they reach out to.
