I applied online and received a call a few days later. We spoke about my relevant experience, standard behavioral questions. They did not follow up or answer my follow-up email.

I was contacted via LinkedIn for an opportunity at Mondo's headquarters in NYC. Although interested in the company, I was not interested in the initial role on the table, so I chatted with this recruiter about what I was looking for in my next step. She mentioned they have a closer match to my desired position and that she was interested in inviting me into the office. I went in later that week for an interview to meet her and her team. She was excited, which made me look forward to meeting the team even more. Their office is welcoming and in a great location. I met with my Recruiter first and then two members of her team. All conversations were comfortable and fair questions were asked. The second two interviewers were more senior on the team. They were just as friendly as my Recruiter and not intimidating despite their tenure with the firm. It was a seamless interview process, it was facilitated well and it was completed in a little over an hour. I was verbally extended an offer by the end of that day and they were thrilled. When I accepted, I received a congrats email from each team member and the offer to answer any questions and again..showing their excitement. On-boarding process was also a breeze, everything is done electronically and someone is always there to answer questions. Glad to be here!
