I saw an ad online that they were looking to hire so I sent in my resume and heard back within a couple of days. I answered a few basic questions about my experience, background, etc., which must have gone well because I was asked to come in and meet with members of the team. I got a chance to shadow a salesperson and liked what the job entailed and the culture of the company. I met the next week with a hiring manager discussed salary, benefits, etc. and started working a few days later.

I could tell by the way she asked me questions and her level of urgency that she only cared about getting her commissions paid out. biggest red flag I had throughout the interview was her expecting me to accept the job right after the interview. her response was "our process moves extremely fast so I would need to know if you accept as soon as youre done with the in person interview". I have been on the other end of that as a recruiter and I know that the recruiter is only in it for themselves if they need an answer minutes after the interview. Overall I did not get a good feeling about the company or the interview process and when I read up on the reviews via glassdoor i can tell that the turnover rate is high and they are preying on entry level candidates to just use and toss.
