Easy phone interview and flown in for in-person meeting. In the plant, I met with two people at a time. They seem like nice people, but not professional and did not know anything about running the business. They did not know what the long-term plans were, and several seemed indicate that the plant will be closing. I am not going to move to a remote area to close the plant.
