The initial interview was in-person at Monarch - not even a preliminary phone screen. After the interview, they said they would be in touch. I followed up twice for an update and heard nothing. I understand ghosting is unfortunately a part of the hiring process now, but if you're going to ask candidates to take time out of their day to meet with you in person, the least you can do is send an update on their application. Their hiring practices need improvement.
