I think it was very well put together. Not at all in any way confusing just very straight forward and understanding on both sides. The interview with Luis made me really want to be apart of this team and company. Hearing how good this company is looked at in the solar business made me smile and feel confident in making the right choice which was accepting the job offer.

The interview was easy and very well organized! Luis made the whole process simple and explained everything about the job requirements thoroughly. He also answered every question I had without leaving any confusion!
