They’ll tell you you’re going through intensive training to open your own office. Bs. One interview will take place on site (at a big box store where you sell wholesale junk to innocent shoppers)- they hit you with classic pyramid scheme/snake oil DS methods (FOMO, law of averages, fuji, etc) and always say some stuff like “don’t take it personally because we’re going to be having our top execs hand pick you along with our top candidates and yeah we might want somebody with more experience”. They’ll talk fast and ask why you’re a leader and if you want to see the Bigger picture. Last interview is basically some absurd slight of hand calculator tricks to convince you that you’re gonna make BANK off commissions (lol bro trust me you’re selling shizz nobody wants, for insane amounts,

Entrevista
Everyone that worked there was very pleasant as well as the manager who conducted my interview, however there were many aspects that were not up to par. For example, whilst in the interview, I had to explicitly ask more than three times what exactly the job role consisted of, and I was not given answers when I asked how exactly this company works or how this position counts as sales.

I was told that I would be paid $50 per day of training and since being told that I was being mailed my paycheck a week and a half ago, I have not received it and my voicemails are not being returned. I live a 20 minute drive away.
