Easy, usually two to three interviews with different people. Not difficult questions, they are mostly seeing if you can just hold a general conversation easily. Some questions asked are not relevant to the job such as "what is your astrology sign"..... very unprofessional.

First interview was with HR Manager. Additional interviews with the hiring manager and his supervisor.. Interviews were conducted virtually using Microsoft Teams. Completed Caliper Assessment testing to help assess my suitability for position.
