Waste of time. It has a total of 3 tech rounds. The initial 2 rounds are 1 hour each, and the last round was of 30 min. Before 1st round, discussed my ctc expectation with hr, and she agreed. After completing 2 rounds, she called before scheduling the 3rd round to discuss my ctc expectation again. Then she scheduled the 3rd round. At the start, the interviewer asked some DSA questions related to linked list, which I answered correctly, and then he asked about my ctc expectation, I said the same thing to which the hr agreed, but he kept asking me about ctc only. After the good interview, I got a mail that I am not a fit candidate. They just wasted all my time because of ctc. If that was the problem just don't schedule the interview at first place.

Moglix is one of the worst company i have been to for interview. Even after answering all the questions correctly they didn't select me. Their employees who took my interview told me next part is salary negotiation only and later on Moglix didn't reach out to me . I called consultant to find out the status and she told me I was rejected because i couldn't answer design patterns question but the fact was that they didn't ask anything related to that. poor office. poor hospitality. worst workplace. its hell compared to a MNC work culture. All the good reviews regarding this company on glassdoor seem like paid fake reviews. Don't trust them. i will not recommend anyone to appear for Moglix interview. They only waste your time.
