      Entrevista

      It was one of such worst interviews I have ever attended. Completely unprofessional & inexperienced leadership team & they don't know how to conduct interviews & they have zero experience. You have to follow up 20 times to get a single response from them. Now I understand why their employees are not happy at the workplace & it'll never improve as the leadership team never listed nor respond. My first interview started on 11th Feb 2023 & I got the final note on 15th Apr 2023. Yes, it was a 2 months long interview process. _ First round with the co-founder (It didn't start at the scheduled time & there was a lot of noise too from his end) _ Second Round - I was asked to SWOT analysis on employees. I worked on the assignment & submitted a detailed 8-page document within 3 days' time. After multiple follow-ups, I got a response on 26 Feb. _ Third round - I had a call again on the document which I sent & discussed the improvements. They asked me to share the contacts for reference check & I did share it on 28th Feb. _ They initiated the reference check process on 30th Mar(exactly after a month). I have followed up multiple times in between & there was no response at all. _ After the reference check is done, I got a response from them saying that they'll complete the Offer process & onboard me by 10th Apr. But I haven't heard back from them after. _ I got a response on 11th Apr saying that they have scheduled a call for 12th Apr to discuss the salary. I got the invite for the same. _ I did join the meeting on time but no one joined from their end & there was a response as well. _ My meeting got rescheduled for 13th Apr & that's were the surprise. It was supposed to be an Offer discussion call but there were 10 people in the meeting room that too without any prior intimation. I don't even know who they are. _ They all started shooting questions at me randomly without even introducing their role or designation at the company. _ Questions are very immature & they were not able to understand what I'm talking about as they don't have any means to HR. For example, I was talking about AOP & they don't know what it is. So I was explaining it in detail & the guy intercepted me to give a one-word answer. The same happened for the next questions too. They just need one-word answers for all the questions. But when you don't know anything about it, I can't explain you in one word & even if I do so, you won't understand anything. _ Offer or anything related to the same was not even discussed. They promised me another call the next day at the same for close the Offer _ I got a response from the cofounder saying that I have expertise in all the areas of HR but they are looking for a recruiter. My interview tasks or questions were never around anything related to recruitment. I have 5 yrs of experience in Talent Acquisition working with various startups where I scaled the team from scratch & also scaled from size 15 to 130 within a year. I don't know how I become unfit for the role after the commitment date of joining & doing multiple reference checks too. Hire some seniors or industry experts to conduct interviews or don't involve people who are straight out of college & ask questions like final year projects or viva voce

Final call with the co-founder for offer discussion(but there will be 10 people surprisingly & they don't discuss the Offer at all) 5. You will get a date of joining & they'll like your candidature too. But in the end, you'll be rejected saying that you're not a right fit for the role.
