Initial screening interview and then an assessment centre day where they take you through a variety of tasks testing your problem solving skills. Also includes team building activities and a chance to speak to the team
Started with HR screening call. The recruiter is very professional and supportive, being transparent with the benefit and package as well. 2nd round was with the channel growth director. It went fine but I can tell they had found a better candidate when he had the interview with me. So they were not very passionate but still professional and respective. In general, quiet good experience especially the information transparency.
