I should have heeded the advice of other reviewers. It's very clear that this company conducts interviews for the sole purpose of acquiring free consulting advice. After 3 phone calls with the Director and VP, I had a 4.5 hour onsite interview with 7 people. I later learned they didn't hire any of the candidates -- despite being on their third cycle of interviews! The interviewers themselves were inexperienced and the questions were less about my technical abilities and skills, but rather what my recommendations would be for them given X dilemma or complication they're facing in the moment. The fact that they were often taking notes and writing down vendor names was a dead giveaway. Many other red flags.
