Asked to come in for an interview by phone call with a 2 day notice. Interview took approximately 45 minutes and involved meeting the entire staff as well as some proficiency tasks and questions regarding the position. Very informal setting and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The 2nd half of the interview involved being explained my duties more than anything.
