Filled out an online application, Interviewed with a recruiter and moved on to interviewing with one of the doctors. The interview with the doctor was a video call that lasted about 20-30 minutes.

Very intensive interview process - I spoke with the recruiter, then 3 more veterinarians in leadership roles as well as the clinic manager. I also did a job-site working interview. The process was very helpful and important in finding it we were the perfect fit - and we were!
