It was a fairly easy process. Simply talk about yourself and your personal experience. Explain how you would be an asset to the team. They mainly look for availability and how flexible your schedule is.
It was short and brief but the manager was rude and disrespectful and had a very bad attitude from the get-go. SHe wouldn't answer the most basic questions when asked

It was a quick one. The interviewer asked about my education background, current availability and work experience in customer service. A very straightforward interview. I never heard back from them, probably because my hours weren't so flexible back then.
