Be prepared to do at least 2 interviews.
The first is with 2 or 3 seperate people. It could be the CEO in his 60s if he's in town, and a balding late 20s metrosexual male that is a glamor god. The other guy had glasses maybe 28ish hes down to earth. Just mention Oklahoma and say you're a sports person and fake it until you make it! The second interview you return for a sit down with a current broker wearing cowboy boots who just asks random questions and shows you the computer system and makes a few phone calls to show you what you're getting into.
Are you ok with 35k a year and once you make 15k in profit sales for the month we take 100% of that and then every penny after 15k we take 80% of that as well.
