Applied and didnt hear back for 3 months. Then, when I finally heard back they still had to run a background check, passed this, further 2 months then finally got an interview.. Took another 2 weeks to hear back but got offered the job. Then a week wait and finally started.

I applied online and about 3 days later, I receive an email from the recruiter. He told me that he wants to interview me but before that can happen, I need to sign an NDA. He said after I sign it, he will set up an interview. After reading it, I signed it and emailed him back letting him know. 5 days later, I still hadn't heard anything so I sent him an email and no response! Unbelievable! Making me sign some NDA and then just go silent, what the?? I didn't put any personal info besides my name because it felt sketchy AF!! It's been 2 weeks now btw! Just so unprofessional and odd.

Entrevista
Submitted my CV online, HR department was very quick and sent me information on the role. I had an online test to do, which included a type test, internet speed, general literacy and math. After that I had a project specific task to carry out, which cant be discussed due to a non disclosure that all employees must agree to before accepting their job if they are offered a position. I found out on the call I was receiving a job offer. It was a fairly easy process.After the online tests, there is a skype voice call and it was fine. .

Fairly simple process, asked about me previous experience of working with awkward customers, my knowledge of COPPA etc. Very simple interview.
