The interview process with my first TM was decent. He was the only good TM that I had the whole time I worked there. There was a phone interview with the district sales director that was there at the time. This managment pair was really good but they quickly fired them. The hireing process was horrible. It took two weeks before I was able to start. They didnt set up my training. I took my training 2 months after I started. HR for this company is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

Typical interview process. The guy who hired me is no longer with the company but he was one of the only good people there. Anyone who actually cares about the company gets demoted or let go. I'm glad I left before it was done to me.

it was a joke. they gave me 20 minutes advanced notice of the interview. i was in jean shorts. it was just typical questions you would get at any retail sales interview

I was sent an email regarding an open position that was available. I interviewed for about 15 minutes and left not expecting anything since the interview was lackluster. I "received" an offer letter but was interviewed after by phone with another member of management. The offer letter was sent to my spam folder and didn't have an area for signature to accept nor an address/email/fax to send back to stating that I had accepted the offer. The offer letter stated that I was hired for one position but I was verbally told I would be doing another job. Overall, no structure!!
