The MD and manager of ther new store that was opening came to my college campus recruiting people. The MD would give his card to the people they saw, I think based on looks, and would tell you to text him your e mail address. After texting him your e amil address he would start trying to have a conversation with you. The MD then, sent an application to your e mail and told you to print it out and fill it out and asked when was a good time to have the interview and turn in the application. The interview with him and the manager was very laid back with jokes, but just like everything else with this company, very unprofessional. I had no real experience and I got hired. He then told me to take a personality test online and how to pass the personality test. if you passed that test then you were hired.
