The interview process started with an initial HR interview where I could ask questions about the company and received satisfactory responses. Following this, I was given a technical assessment focusing on Python, SQL, pandas, and data science. The test was straightforward, and I felt confident about my performance. However, the process concluded negatively, and I was not provided any feedback despite reaching out to HR to understand how I could improve. This lack of communication reflects poorly on the company's professionalism. Unfortunately, the company's lack of transparency and professionalism, such as not providing feedback or addressing concerns, left a negative impression. Moreover, the outdated claims about company culture further reinforced my decision not to recommend this company to others.
