I ran across the job on Crag's List and used MobiTV's application form to start the process. The job description for "Sr. Mobile Designer" basically boiled down to 'we want a breathing body who can learn LUA." A week later I had a phone interview with on of the HR folks, and a week after that I was in for an all day face-to-face interview that consisted of seven people interviewing me individually. The impression I got form the interviewers was that there was an underlying agenda, they were not just looking for someone who was bright and could learn, but that several of the interviewers had specific talents in mind.
