One of the most ridiculous and embarrassing interview experience I’ve ever had. They reached out to me by e-mail after a week I’ve made my application via online. I visited their office and had a direct interview with their CEO for about an hour. The interview went well. We shared ideas about how to successfully stabilize the business in new markets and agreed to proceed further to join as a member of their team. After the meeting, had a Skype call to discuss details. Everything seemed to work well until this moment. But after the Skype call, I was unable to reach out to CEO anymore since he began to ignore my e-mails and Skype messages without any notification. This isn’t a proper way to treat applicant. If you are not going to hire the person then at least give them a short notice so that the person won’t have to waste his/her time waiting for your contact. One of the most disrespectful company I’ve ever experienced.
