It was quite complex process. Started with hackerrank test of medium difficulty then not complex but little tricky assessment programming task to complete. Next was two skype interviews with a person from recruitment team. Finally two hour interview with people from Mobi. All of that was challenging and quite interesting. I liked the idea that assessment task was discussed on final review. Unfortunately after whole process some formal/technical requirements appeared which was not acceptable for me.
