The whole process was very quick, I got invited for a coding interview followed by a video interview. The coding interview is pretty simple with 2 python and 2 SQL questions. The video interview is fairly short and there were few behavior questions. I then was informed that I passed their screening and they will build my profile to see if there are matched positions from their client companies. To my understanding, if you don't have anything lining up then this is a great opportunity to practice.

The interview included an online HackerRank assessment, a video recorded interview with behavioural questions, and a form to fill describing technical knowledge of tools. Throughout the interview, I didn't interview with a real person. At first, it was going fast, after each step I received an email letting me know about the next step, and then suddenly I got ghosted and never heard from them again! It would be nice even if I was rejected to be notified, considering all the time required to do the online assessment and interviews, it's just rude to ghost the interviewee.
