Written and face to face rounds are there, written very easy but in face to face very difficulty to answer.. they asked questions from html, css, js and sql. Mostly i did not done well

Total process involved 3 rounds. 1st round being technical discussion which lasted for more than 1.5 hr, whose result was declared almost three weeks later. That being said, the company insisted on a F2F interview at office location where I had to travel a long way. I had confirmed regarding my salary expectations prior to the interview date, which was confirmed by the HR post which I decided to go for the interview round. Cleared the 2nd technical and HR round on same day, was promised the offer would be released the coming week, but instead took 3.5 weeks. The HR and management kept me swirling in loop where I had to follow up with them twice every week regarding my status. In the end, they give a stupid reason of what they could offer which was almost the same as I was earning at my current workplace and was no where near my expectations. The management did not even bother to arrange for the travel and other reimbursement which I had to bear to the reach the interview location that too on their confirmation. I really hope the team has some sense of humility and punctuality, being an arm of Japanese company, which are considered as an epitome of punctuality and sincerity.
