I applied for role, received no acknowledgement of application and was ghosted. Really poor form and speaks volumes about poor hiring practices in recruitment processes, and about their organisational culture.

Changed the job location during the interview process. Not straightforward about the actual role and expectations. Did not appear to have thought through the role and how it was going to work.
