They asked to go through 2-3 projects. It was quiet as I was going through my work, there wasn't any interjection, mostly just questions afterwards so it felt a little formal. They asked some very brief questions about my work, but focused more on my interests, and why Mithun. Conversation was around an hour. Didn't go through any permit or CD sets as they are more interested in how you think as opposed to prioritizing your technical ability.

Entrevista
The schedule got moved a couple of times, but once it was scheduled the two interviews I had were both quite pleasant. The HR and the managers I talked to were very chill and the interview felt more like a conversation where I got to share about my interest and learn about theirs. At the end they decided to not hire anyone at the level I applied for and reposted for a higher position that required more experience.
