The interview process is a joke, as well as the company in my opinion. They ask you to create a 30-60-90 day plan, get your personal information (SSN etc...), tell you that you have the job and training will start soon, just to never call you back. Got the impression it was a scam. They are trying to get your contacts, so beware. Do your research, beware of the slick talk, you will find them to be very unprofessional. Take my advice and run away - fast!
