After having the lead recruiter/HR (Farah) reach out to me about the position, I passed a basic phone screen and was invited to an in-person interview soon after. I got a tour of the area and had several one-on-ones with various levels of management at the company, and I felt that I was qualified for the role. I was able to answer all their questions, and I believe I would have been a good fit, even though the salary range was significantly lower than the industry standard. Near the end, I spoke to Farah and she told me it was looking good, and that they would most likely be sending me an offer in a couple days. I was then ghosted. I called, left voicemails, sent texts, emailed, and every single one was ignored. It was a bizarre and disappointing ending.
