While we always try to strive to have clear expectations and requirements established for what we hire at Mission, and keep our candidates informed regularly throughout the process, we admit that we fell short here and apologize. Factors outside our control will sometimes influence the process and this is an example of a new role we had not hired for in the past and the requirements changing mid-process which impacted the candidacy of some and our ability to communicate expectations. While that is not intended as an excuse, this was a unique circumstance and we recognize the opportunity to do better as we typically do with our other established roles we typically hire at Mission.
