First Interview was over the phone. Was a very pleasant conversation style interview. Second Interview was via Zoom. It was an hour long and a bit similar to the first interview, but not as laid back. After being rejected for the job, one of the staff offered to have a phone call with me to review why they made the decision to move forward with another candidate. I greatly appreciated and accepter this feedback call. Interviewing with Mission Bit was a nice experience.
