scheduled a interview with the assistant hiring manager, for a screening interview. Had to move my schedule around to make it work only for them to cancel on me before they even gave me a chance. The reason being is that they had too many applicants and I didn’t have a biology degree. This wasn’t for a technical position but a sales position. I have a degree in Sales. Don’t bother applying if you don’t have a Bio degree. My advice to the company: You should know your filters ahead of time so things like this don’t happen, or at least go through with the scheduled interview and turn me down then.
