There is a long take-home test with a case study and you most likely will not receive any real interviews, not even a standard phone interview. After I applied online I received an email "Congratulating" me on passing to the next round of the process. You would think that this meant the Recruiter actually took the time to review my resume beforehand..... But no this is obviously not the case. I'm assuming they send everyone the "Congrats" email and the take-home test. Statistically, I'm sure only 1 out of every 5 candidates bothers to actually look at their product and do the time-consuming homework. I'm not sure how much this actually accomplishes other than wasting the time of candidates who aren't a fit anyway. * I spent 5-6 hours diving deep into Miros product to provide thoughtful and accurate answers. A day after submitting I received a rejection. Miro be courteous to applicants, especially for an entry-level customer service role: 1.) Review the applicant's LinkedIn and Resume first. 2.) Schedule a short 15 minute Call with them. 3.) Send the take-home assessment to the candidates you are strongly interested in. 4.)Schedule actual interviews with those who pass the Assessment.

Phone screen; hiring manager; group interview; The phone interview is with the recruiter and answer some questions then you have the hiring manager interview from there you have a group interview with the team you would be working with from there I don’t know as I didn’t make it past that round
